Linda Vo is a seasoned HR Consultant with over a decade of experience guiding organizations through the complexities of people management, compliance, and workplace culture. As a Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), she has built her career supporting both large corporations and small-to-medium businesses across Canada, blending strategic insight with practical solutions. She brings diverse experience, having worked in food, retail, and transportation logistics industries across Canada and northeast USA.
Linda’s expertise spans performance management, recruitment, employee relations, change management, and talent development. She has successfully led HR teams, advised franchise networks, and partnered with senior leadership to design scalable, people-centric practices that align with business goals. Her work has helped organizations achieve recognition as Great Place to Work™ certified employers, while also supporting expansion into new markets with tailored HR frameworks and compliance strategies.
